Booking Cancellation: The order of the cancellation of booking services, or other services related to the PUJA, is approved to get the money back:
- Prior to 2 days: 50 % of the Amount will be reimbursed should the booking be cancelled prior to 2 days.
- Until 1 day: 40% of the Amount will be refunded in the event of the booking cancellation prior to 1 day.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours: In this instance, no fee is allowed to be refunded since the service would be in place.
- Should the assigned Pandit arrive on time and, for certain reasons, the puja is not performed on the part of the customer within the given specific period (Muhurat), the customer will not be refunded.
- In case of consultation, the consultation fee is never refundable, irrespective of whether the customer has carried out the puja or not.
- Before initiating panditnear.me, the amount of transnational charges referred to on the invoice will be refunded.
- In the case of Pooja Samagri Kits, Pooja Samagri Kits will only be refunded in cases where our platform has caused the damage. 100% refund will be implemented, in case of cancellation of an order within 1hrs after the request. Refunds after 1 hour are not possible.
